    Shangzheng's product quality assurance system has the following ten quality control points:

    1. Contract review

    Contract review is a multi-faceted evalsuation and review of business orders (contracts) to understand the user's requirements for products to the fullest extent. This user requirement is the main basis and criterion in the product design and production process. To ensure that the product meets user requirements.

    2. Design control

    Design control includes the control of product design and process.

    On the premise of meeting user requirements, adopt good models, advanced and reliable structures, formulate complete quality plans, adopt advanced and accurate craftsmanship, and propose technical requirements and standards for manufacturing and testing. Ensure that product design meets user requirements and relevant technical standards; ensure that product manufacturing is conducted in accordance with standards, procedures and evidence.

    3. Casting inspection

    The casting inspection includes the composition test of the casting, the inspection of mechanical properties, the inspection of the appearance quality of the blank and the geometric quantity of the blank.

    4. Semi-finished product inspection

    Each process in the processing of semi-finished products must pass the inspection before being transferred to the next process. The first workpiece produced in batches in each process must undergo a special and comprehensive inspection to determine the qualification of its various quality characteristics and ensure the accuracy of the process; batch production is allowed after the inspection is qualified.

    5. Assembly and matching inspection

    The assembly and matching must be carried out in accordance with the technical requirements of the process regulations and user requirements. Assembly parts must be thoroughly cleaned and cleaned before partial assembly and final assembly. Each process must pass the inspection before proceeding to the next process operation.

    6. Finished product inspection

    Finished product inspection is divided into product performance inspection, factory inspection and other required tests.

    Each new product (including newly designed and modified products) must undergo full performance testing (including strength, sealing, operating torque, opening, etc.), reliability test and life test. After all the tests are qualified and stabilized, the production will be finalized .

    Factory inspection includes pressure test report data, switch torque record, painting quality, appearance quality and other inspection items required by users.

    7. Inspection of outsourced parts, standard parts, and purchased parts

    Standard parts and purchased parts are purchased in accordance with the standard requirements, and can be classified into the warehouse only after passing the inspection. The supplier must be reviewed by the sub-supplier, and the certificates, instructions and other materials must be complete.

    Important items such as valve bodies, electric heads, etc. are purchased directly from the manufacturer or its commissioned agents (points), and the quality inspection department conducts a comprehensive inspection before purchasing in bulk to ensure the reliability of the items.

    8. Inspection of tooling, fixtures, inspection tools, molds, and equipment

    In order to ensure reliable production, molds, tooling, inspection tools, equipment, etc. must be inspected before being put into production.

    9. Measurement

    Conventional measuring tools and special inspection tools used in production for a long time are regularly inspected by the measuring room or sent to the measuring room from the tool room for inspection. Unqualified products can only be used after being repaired and qualified. To ensure the reliability of the measurement value transmission.

    10. User service

    The company's nationwide service network can provide customers with pre-sales and after-sales technical consultations.

    The user service department regularly collects and sorts out the problems reported by users, conducts statistical analysis, and feeds them back to the production technology department, analyzes and resolves the main problems, and formulates effective measures to further improve product quality and form a virtuous circle of quality assurance.
